OEE Systems
The OEE systems we create give us an instant access to the relevant and reliable data from production lines. Applications are used on the lines produced by us, already existing lines, as well as in entire factories. OEE systems collect and process both the most general and very detailed data in one place.
Our software presents precise information, such as availability, performance, quality of a given production process. On the basis of the information collected, the system automatically creates a graphic presentation of data that allows for focusing on the most important aspects of a given production process.
The user receives information both directly on the production line and via the web platform. All data is archived and constitutes a base on which trends are created daily, weekly and monthly.
The applications also give the opportunity to track the effectiveness of the preventive actions taken.
Databases
We create applications that are fully adapted to the needs of our Clients. We implement them on machines manufactured by us and those already existing.
Our applications provide access to historical parameters of manufactured products and information on individual stages of the process which the product passed through (full traceability). We enable process security through the multi-level acceptance of parameters as well as the access control with diversified authorization levels.
Our products include also dedicated solutions for process quality management. We integrate tools for the statistical process control (SPC) which makes it possible to analyze and stabilize production processes.
